Follow these steps to connect with our team
through the Viv Home Care App!
STEP 2
Find the Email Invite
You will receive an email invite from Comfort Keepers
(no-reply@vivtechnologies.com).
The subject of the email is Activate Your Account
Check your Spam folder - this often goes to Spam/Junk.
In the email, click on the blue link Set New Password to setup your password.
This is what the email looks like:

STEP 3
Setup Your Password

Choose a password you can remember.
Enter the same password twice in the boxes on the screen, then click Reset Password .

CLOSE YOUR BROWSER & Proceed to Step 4.
‼️ Do not hit CONTINUE – you don’t enter your username & password here.
STEP 4
Open the Viv App & Enter Organization ID

Enter your Organization ID:

Don’t Forget the Dash!

It should say
You are logging into
Comfort Keepers – 1005
If it says you are logging into CKFI or any other organization, you did not enter the right organization.
If that happens, click
Change Organization
(bottom purple button) and enter the correct Organization ID:

STEP 5
Login & Setup Passcode / PIN

Enter your email address & the password you created, then click Login .

Select a 4-digit passcode that you will remember, and enter it twice.
You will use this 4-digit PIN code to access the app going forward.
